Nadia Nakai spotted for first time in ‘mourning’ clothes.
Since her boyfriend AKA, actual name Kiernan Forbes, passed away last Friday, Nadia Nakai has not been seen in Durban.
AKA’s family and the female muso both attended a news conference in Johannesburg.
Nadia, who has been dating AKA since late 2021, was spotted wearing nothing but black.

They were first spotted together in public a few hours after AKA’s family released a statement regarding his memorial and funeral services on Friday and Saturday, respectively.
At Rockets in Bryanston, where the media briefing was place, AKA’s parents Lynn and Tony Forbes, brother Steffan and his partner Brittany Smith, and Nadia Nakai also made an appearance.
Nadia was spotted with a long, modest garment and a black doek on her head, according to African tradition.
Lynn – also wearing all-black – lovingly comforted Nadia throughout the event.
Many of the couple’s supporters believe that Nadia Nakai is hiding a pregnancy in the meantime. This comes after social media users reported seeing a “baby bump” in recent photos…
The argument was also fueled by Nadia Nakai’s remarks during the couple’s joint interview on The Insider SA. The female rapper declared her desire to have AKA’s child in the song.
The Sowetan reports that Nadia also discussed having a family with her famous husband.
“We didn’t plan to become a couple, it just happened… I’ve witnessed how great he is as a father, of course, I’d love to have his babies one day,” she said.
